Dental Insurance and payment options
If you are a member of our practice and have dental insurance we will be happy to fill out your insurance form and provide you with a stamped envelope to mail the form to your insurance company. The reimbursement from your insurance company will come directly to you, usually in a matter of a few weeks. Since dental insurance companies vary widely in the services they will cover and the reimbursement for those services, we request that each patient pay us directly at the time of treatment for the services provided. We accept all major credit or debit cards as well as cash or checks.
For those with more extensive treatment needs, several options are available. Often treatment can be done in stages or “phased” to more easily fit the cost of treatment into a monthly budget. Without compromising the quality of care, the patient treatment is divided up into “phases” that are completed at a time interval that fits their monthly budget. Financing is also available through CareCredit.Carecredit offers no interest and low minimum monthly payment options. Visit their web site for more information at carecredit.com.
